Riders who register on line after 8/1 or want to register as a "walk up" will have to pick up packets and bibs as follows:

- August 27th - Late registration riders (registered after 8/1/11) may pick up packets and bib numbers at the pre-ride pasta party at Lotsa Pasta, Pacific Beach, 1762 Garnet Ave, (if available) between 4:00PM and 7:00PM. Pasta Dinner tickets are $10 per person. "Walk-up" registration will be available here if the ride is not sold out. Web site link is here.
- Sunday, August 28th - Late registration riders (registered after 8/1/11) packet, bib pick-up and "walk-up" registration may be available (if the ride is not sold out) on the day of the ride. If you plan to use this option, please arrive at the start point registration table early (starting at 5:30AM) - there will be a line - in order to be in place with a bib when the 7:00AM wave start is staged beginning at 6:30.

- 4-7 p.m. Pre-Ride Pasta Dinner at Lotsa Pasta, 1762 Garnet Avenue, Pacific Beach. Visit www.lotsapasta.com for directions. $10 per person.
8/28/11 - Bike the Bay Ride
- 5:30 a.m. - Walkup registration (if available) at late registration packet pickup at start area at Embarcadero Marina Park South (Harbor Drive and Park Blvd.). Please give yourself plenty of time in advance to park and pick up your packet before the start at 7 am. Thank you!
- 6:30 a.m. Staging of riders
- 7:00 a.m. - Wave starts begin
- 8:30 a.m. - Post-ride Festival opens
- 9:30 a.m. - Rest Stop #1 Closes
- 10:30 a.m. - Rest Stop #2 Closes
- 11:00 a.m. - Rest Stop #3 Closes
- 11:30 a.m. - Official ride course closes
- 12:30 p.m. - Post-Ride Festival Closes
