8/15/10 - Registration fee increases by $10

8/16/10 - Bib numbers and ride instructions mailed to pre-registered riders. All riders who register after 8/13 may pick up bib numbers and registration packet on Sunday 8/22 from 10am-1pm at the Chula Vista REI store: 2015 Birch Road, Suite 150 Chula Vista, CA 91915 (619) 591-4924. Visit www.rei.com/stores/1112015 for store directions.Bib numbers may also be picked up at the start area on 8/9/10 beginning at 5:30AM.

8/28/10 - On-line registration closes

8/28/10 - 4-7 p.m. Pre-Ride Pasta Dinner at Lotsa Pasta, 1762 Garnet Avenue, Pacific Beach. Visit www.lotsapasta.com for directions. $10 per person.

8/29/10 - Bike the Bay Ride

5:30 a.m. - Walkup registration (if available) at late registration packet pickup at start area at Embarcadero Marina Park South (Harbor Drive and Park Blvd.). Please give yourself plenty of time in advance to park and pick up your packet before the start at 7 am. Thank you!

6:00 - 7:00 a.m. - Water Taxi service from Coronado to event start. See our FAQ page for details.
6:30 a.m. Staging of riders

7:00 a.m. - Wave starts begin

8:30 a.m. - Post-ride Festival opens

9:30 a.m. - Rest Stop #1 Closes

10:30 a.m. - Rest Stop #2 Closes

11:00 a.m. - Rest Stop #3 Closes

11:30 a.m. - Official ride course closes

12:30 p.m. - Post-Ride Festival Closes
